Shot through the heart, Robbie makes every wedding as disastrous as his own. Enter Julia, a winsome waitress who wins his affection. As luck would have it, Julia is about to be married to a Wall Street shark, and, unless Robbie can pull off the performance of a decade, the girl of his dreams will be gone forever.

The Wedding Singer is based on the hit Adam Sandler movie. Book by Chad Beguelin and Tim Herlihy, Music by Matthew Sklar & Lyrics by Chad Beguelin

About Us

Old Courthouse Theatre was founded in 1976 and originally performed in the historic Cabarrus County Courthouse in downtown Concord. We are the area's only all volunteer community theatre, and we are always in need of more help.
Please contact us to let us know if you can volunteer.

Each season consists of 4 plays, that typically run over the course of 2 weekends. We are located in the heart of Concord's historic districts and downtown's restaurants and shops. We encourage our patrons to head downtown for a meal before a show or drinks after.
